- You will be an Independent Contractor and will be paid a Residual Income for sharing your
experience as an OWO member and for helping benefit other OWO members and the world.
At the Basic Step, Residual Income is based on the Collective Performance of ALL OWO Members
and is built over time irrespective of how you personally achieve your goals as an OWO member.
The first required training video will explain
the Tax Requirements of Independent Contractors.
